We, as the faithful users of your great service, are no longer happy with you. This new update is disappointing. Actually, that's an understatement- this new update is horrible. Sorry to be blunt.
We understand that being a free service is hard. We get that you have to make money to keep your app alive. We know you have to make your investors happy. However, why can't you make us happy? At this point, it's not even about bringing back the "Best Friends" list feature. It's about bringing us back to the old version.
We never asked for a massive overhaul of an update. We never asked for an algorithm. We use Snapchat for it's simplicity, it's fun and easy-to-use chatting service. This new update is confusing. Quite frankly, it makes me want to delete the app.I don't need your fancy algorithm to tell me who I want to snap. I don't need it to tell me whose stories I want to see.
